This page explains what personal data curtainproducer.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because there is not much to say: we run a quote form and a few contact links, nothing more.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
Quote form. When you send the form we receive what you typed: name, company, destination country, email, phone, business type, product, approximate quantity, your message, the products you marked and, if you added it, the room schedule from the planner. We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a quotation, samples and a shipment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you call, message or email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship lasts. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own terms.
What we do not do. We do not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts on this site. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.
3. Technical data and third parties
- Hosting and form delivery: Netlify. Form submissions are received by Netlify and forwarded to our sales mailbox by email. Netlify's servers log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operation of the service.
- Fonts: Google Fonts. The typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
- Map: Google Maps. The map on the contact section loads only after you click "Show on map". Until then no request goes to Google Maps.
- Language preference. Your EN/TR choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Where an order follows, the correspondence and documents are kept for the period required by Turkish commercial and tax law, then deleted.
5. Transfers outside Türkiye
Netlify and Google operate servers outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data crosses borders, we rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to: confirm whether we hold data about you; give you a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; and, where applicable, hand it over in a portable format. Write to velinimet@kucukaslantekstil.com; we answer within the statutory period. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Material changes that affect data we already hold are communicated by email where we have your address.

Telefon, WhatsApp ve e-posta. Bizi arar, mesaj atar veya e-posta gönderirseniz yazışmayı talep veya iş ilişkisi sürdüğü sürece saklarız. WhatsApp mesajları ayrıca WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) tarafından kendi koşullarına göre işlenir.
Yapmadıklarımız. Bu sitede reklam çerezi, izleme pikseli veya analitik betik çalışmaz. Verinizi satmayız, kiralamayız. Siz istemedikçe bülten göndermeyiz.
3. Teknik veriler ve üçüncü taraflar
- Barındırma ve form iletimi: Netlify. Form gönderimleri Netlify tarafından alınır ve e-postayla satış kutumuza iletilir. Netlify sunucuları güvenlik ve işletim için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü gibi standart teknik verileri kaydeder.
- Yazı tipi: Google Fonts. Yazı karakteri Google sunucularından yüklenir; sayfa açıldığında Google IP adresinizi görür.
- Harita: Google Haritalar. İletişim bölümündeki harita yalnızca "Haritada göster"e tıkladığınızda yüklenir. O ana kadar Google Haritalar'a istek gitmez.
- Dil tercihi. EN/TR seçiminiz kendi tarayıcınızda (localStorage) tutulur. Cihazınızdan çıkmaz; tarayıcı ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.
4. Ne kadar saklıyoruz
Siparişe dönüşmeyen talepler 24 ay içinde silinir. Sipariş oluşursa yazışma ve belgeler Türk ticaret ve vergi mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır, sonra silinir.
5. Yurt dışına aktarım
Netlify ve Google'ın sunucuları Türkiye dışında, Avrupa Birliği ve ABD dahil, bulunur. Veri sınır aştığında sağlayıcıların standart sözleşmesel güvencelerine dayanırız.
6. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulandığı ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında bizden şunları isteyebilirsiniz: hakkınızda veri tutup tutmadığımızı öğrenmek; bir kopyasını almak; düzeltmek; silmek; kullanımını kısıtlamak veya itiraz etmek; uygulanabildiği yerde taşınabilir formatta almak. velinimet@kucukaslantekstil.com adresine yazın; yasal süre içinde cevap veririz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya kendi ülkenizdeki denetim makamına da şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm yeni tarihiyle burada yayımlanır. Elimizdeki verileri etkileyen önemli değişiklikler, adresiniz varsa e-postayla bildirilir.
